The workshop ensures that both you and we will have a full and shared understanding of the current situation and how it can be transformed into the desired situation. The workshop will show where there are opportunities for efficiency gains, cost reductions and optimisation of information resources. In the workshop we will quantify the opportunity with forecast figures.
After the workshop Smartlogic in co-operation with you will further quantify the opportunities if necessary.
You can then decide what kind of package best meets your needs. We will draft a proposal and once agreement has been reached on the solution and your acceptance criteria, the project will start.
