Semaphore Training

Get the most out of Semaphore - Semantic AI Platform

Smartlogic provides user and administration training so your team can get the most from our Semaphore platform’s model management, classification, and extraction tools. Our courses can be customized to incorporate the unique needs of your organization and delivered on-site or self-paced via web technology.

Online Training

Online classes are offered in the Spring and Fall each year. Students are provided with access to a learning management system and a training virtual machine (VM) to perform exercises.

Professional Services: Custom and Additional Training Options

Our courses can be customized to reflect the unique needs of your organization and delivered on-site or self-paced via web technology by our Professional Services team. In addition to the Foundation, Advanced, and Administration courses, our custom training can cover specific APIs, integrations, and Cloud Administration. Classification training exercises require individual VMs for trainees to practice and perform exercises. Smartlogic can provide access to a learning management system and training VMs for trainees at cost if required.

Training Discounts:

* Multi-course discount - Students registering for 2 or more courses will receive a 10% discount.
* Multi-student discount - A 25% discount will be given when an organization sends 5 or more participants to the same course session.

Not sure which course to enroll in?

If you are new to Smartlogic’s Semaphore platform or you are interested in learning about the basics of modeling, publishing, and classification or you want to use Semaphore out-of-the-box with minimal customization – you should enroll in Foundation Training.

If you are already familiar with the Semaphore components and how they are used and you want to expand your knowledge about advanced modeling, publishing, and rules to help you meet specific classification and extraction requirements – you should enroll in Advanced Training. NOTE: Experience working with programming languages and/or structured content (e.g. XML) is helpful.

If you have taken Semaphore Foundation Training or are familiar with the Semaphore components and how they are used and you are interested in extending Semaphore out-of-the-box classification with a model-driven framework that uses NLP, existing knowledge models, and AI entity recognition to extract highly specific and contextualized information from your content – you should enroll in Fact Extraction Framework Training (FACTS).

If you are responsible for the installation and technical administration of the Semaphore core modules you should enroll in Administration Training.
