At Smartlogic, we’re committed to providing our customers with a reliable service platform. Today we are announcing “Service Status,” an online, interactive web site, which provides a real-time view of Smartlogic services to help you keep your business operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In today’s business environment we’ve become increasingly reliant on computers to provide us with business critical services. Knowing whether these services will be available when you need them is now, more than ever, a key component to keeping your business running efficiently and effectively.
Our Service Status site provides you with a real-time status of our core online services so you can quickly see whether our services are running normally or whether there are any current interruptions. With this information you can be assured that services are being delivered when and where they are needed.
To veiw Service Status, navigate to the Service page where you will find a general summary of whether all services are operating correctly or not, along with a list of the core Smartlogic Services. An indicator beside each service indicates:
At the bottom of the Service page you will find a list of scheduled “Upcoming Maintenance” for Smartlogic services including:
You can view previous system status information using the “Status History” link on the right side of the status screen. This will show previous service interruptions, the duration, affected systems and most importantly, why they occurred. Below the Status History link, you will find a link for “Semaphore Cloud Scheduled Maintenance,” which shows details of the “Semaphore Cloud” service provision.
At Smartlogic we are proud of the reliable service we provide to our clients. The addition of this new “Service Status” web site provides you with the latest, up-to-date service information to help keep your business operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
