I just wanted to say I cannot thank Dennis enough for all the hard work he went through to help us out with this installation. He always made himself available no matter what all while having a very positive and helpful attitude. It's rare to find quality help like that these days and its really appreciated.

We wanted this tool to bring content out of the cellar that hadn't seen the light of day for years. It did that and showed us lost content that was still valuable.

People are now actually using search, and we have just begin to expose the knowledge that is available in the organization.

Frankly speaking, it's really easy to learn to use Ontology Manager with such a user-friendly interface and easy operations.

The combination of ontology management and auto-classification is extremely powerful. Individually, each provides value, but the value created by combining them is exponential. We were able not only to provide more reliable search results, but also to provide users with better and more intuitive ways to explore the content. Semaphore was the only product we evaluated that brought all of these components together.

The software and its integration tools are great for organizations that don't have four or five software engineers working for them.
